Stop clipping. Start running campaigns.

You've seen our campaigns from the outside. Now join the team that runs it all on the inside. Own a campaign, develop real skills, get paid, and grow with ClipUp.

The role

What you'll own.

You'll have full ownership of one campaign. This isn't an assistant role. You're the person responsible for making it perform, day in and day out.

1

Clip review & quality control

You'll review, approve, and deny clip submissions throughout the day so the queue never piles up. When you deny something, explain exactly why so the clipper knows what to fix next time.

2

Campaign optimization

You'll keep an eye on views, CPM, approval rates, and how fast the budget is moving, and adjust strategy, content direction, or rates whenever something needs it. The goal is for the budget to spend efficiently and the client to actually see results.

3

Client communication

You'll send performance and optimization updates twice a week, flag issues before they turn into problems, request whatever assets you need, and keep the relationship strong enough that the client keeps depositing.

4

Clipper coaching

You'll manage your campaign's Whop support chat and run live review calls, helping clippers improve their content so the whole campaign performs better over time.

5

Fraud prevention

You'll catch view-botted or fraudulent submissions, issue clawbacks, and ban repeat offenders. We take this seriously, because verified views are the whole reason clients trust us.

6

Onboarding & setup

When a new client signs, you'll get their Whop community and campaign structure set up within 12 hours, with clear naming and rules so clippers can start submitting right away.

The process

From application to your first campaign.

Four steps. We read every application ourselves and move quickly on the ones that look like a fit.

01

Application

Tell us about your clipping background, what you've worked on, and when you're available. A real person reads every application. There's no automated filtering.

02

Screening call

A quick call to go over the basics: your availability, whether you have other commitments, and making sure you understand this is a full-ownership role, not an assistant position.

03

Scorecard interview

We'll walk you through a real campaign scenario using our CPE scorecard: clip review, fraud calls, client communication. This is where we find out if you actually know what you're doing.

04

Shadow & assignment

You'll spend a week shadowing a current CPE: the review queue, support chat, EOD reports, client communication, all of it. If things go well, you'll get assigned your own campaign right after.

Your support system

Direct line to leadership.

You won't be figuring this out on your own. You'll have daily contact with the people running ClipUp for feedback, coaching, and working through problems in real time.

Private Slack channel

You'll get your own channel with ClipUp's leadership for daily updates and fast answers. If something's not working, you don't have to wait for a weekly sync to bring it up.

Daily standups

Every day, the CPE team hops on a call with leadership to go over performance, blockers, and what's next. Most problems get solved the same day they come up.

Compensation

Paid on what you ship.

You'll earn 5% of your campaign's budget, paid out once that budget is fully spent on verified clips. It's a flat rate with no ceiling, so a bigger campaign just means a bigger payout.

On top of that, there's a $300/mo base, which you'll get as long as you keep up with daily reports, standups, and weekly reviews each month. Performance pay comes after the campaign budget is fully spent, so the faster and more effectively you spend it, the sooner you get paid.

Be honest with yourself

Is this for you?

This role isn't for everyone, and that's fine. If you can't honestly say yes to everything on the left, it's probably not the right fit for you right now.

Yes, this is for you

  • You're already clipping or managing clippers, and you want to move into a more operational role, not just make more content
  • You can commit Mon–Sat, with availability across the working day (10am–10pm CET as a baseline)
  • You want to get paid on results, not hours logged
  • You take ownership of things instead of waiting to be told what to do
  • You're comfortable on Slack, Whop, and Google Meet, talking to clients and leading clippers daily
  • You have no other job, school, or commitments that would conflict

No, not for you if

  • You're looking for a guaranteed salary or hourly pay
  • You're in school or have another job you can't leave
  • You just want to "try it out" and see what happens
  • You need someone to manage your schedule for you
  • You go quiet when things get difficult
  • You're not willing to be on camera for calls and trainings

Question 1 of 10
Let's start with the basics.
Where are you based, and what timezone are you in?
Do you currently have a job, or are you in school?

Pick Yes if you have a job or you're enrolled. Pick No if you're not in either right now.

Can you commit to Mon–Sat, 10am–10pm CET?

That means being consistently online, responsive, reviewing submissions, and keeping your campaign moving forward every day.

On a scale from 1–10, how strong is your eye for short-form content?

1 = I can't tell what hits · 10 = I can spot viral potential instantly

Can't tell what hitsSpot viral instantly
Drop 3 accounts on TikTok or Instagram you think are creating elite short-form content right now, and tell us why.
How would you rate your English?
What's your expected monthly compensation, in USD?

Just give us a ballpark. This role pays 5% of campaign spend (uncapped) plus a $300/mo base, so we just want to make sure we're aligned from the start.

Have you used Whop before?
Optional
One last thing, and it's optional. Want to stand out?

Send us a short video of yourself talking. It shows us way more than any written answer can: who you are, how you think, the way you come across. Tell us about 2 of your skills that make you stand out.
