1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files saved by your browser when you visit a website. They are commonly used to keep things working (like remembering you between pages), measure traffic, or load assets such as fonts.

2. Cookies we use

The cookies that may be set during your visit fall into these categories:

• Essential cookies: set by our hosting platform to deliver the website, secure your visit, and keep things performing reliably. If you sign in to our internal admin area, a session cookie keeps you signed in.
• Analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics to record basic, aggregate metrics such as which pages were visited and rough device type, so we can understand traffic patterns. It does not use cookies to identify you personally.
• Advertising and measurement cookies: we run advertising campaigns and use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel to measure how they perform. It sets a browser identifier cookie (_fbp), and if you arrive from one of our ads, a click identifier cookie (_fbc). These let us see which ads lead to a booked call, and may be used to build advertising audiences.
• Visitor identification: we use a business-visitor identification tool that sets cookies (names beginning _reb2b) to help us understand which companies are visiting the site.

When you book a call, we also record the booking in our own customer records so we can prepare for and follow up on the call.

3. Third-party services

Some services we rely on may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies:

• Meta Platforms — advertising measurement (see above). You can control how your data is used for ads in your Facebook ad preferences.
• Calendly — powers the booking calendar embedded on our contact page.
• Google Fonts — loads the fonts the site is set in, so pages render consistently.

To improve the accuracy of our advertising measurement, we may also send Meta a record of a completed booking directly from our servers. Where this includes contact details such as an email address, they are irreversibly scrambled (hashed) before sending, so Meta does not receive readable contact details from us.

4. Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies at any time through your browser settings, and most browsers let you block third-party cookies specifically. Disabling cookies usually does not prevent you from using this website, though some features may behave differently. For advertising specifically, you can also opt out through your Facebook ad preferences or via the industry opt-out pages at YourAdChoices.
